Privacy and terms
This page is short because the site does very little.
A privacy policy that describes data flows a site does not have is the same defect as a test that asserts nothing — it looks like a control and is not one. What follows is enumerated rather than hedged, and every claim about what this site does not do is checkable from the page you are reading.
The short version
- No analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts.
- Fonts are self-hosted, so no font CDN sees your visit.
- We only hold what you deliberately send us.
- The host keeps standard request logs. We do not join them to anything.

Privacy
What this site collects, item by item
Three of these are none. The two that are not say exactly what is held and by whom.
- NoneAnalyticsThere is no analytics product on this site. No page-view counter, no tag manager, no session recorder, no heatmap, no A/B framework. The Content-Security-Policy served with every page refuses any script loaded from another origin, so a third-party tracker could not load even if one were added by mistake. It does permit inline script, because the framework serves this page’s own data that way — so that one guarantee is enforced by the header, and the absence of an inline tracker is enforced by there not being one.
- NoneCookies and browser storageThis site sets no cookies. It writes nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to — a banner here would be theatre.
- NoneThird-party requestsEvery font, style and script is served from this origin. Typefaces are downloaded and self-hosted at build time rather than fetched from a font CDN when you visit, so no third party learns that you read this page.
- SomeServer logsThe site is served by Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, the path requested, user agent — as an operational and security record. We do not join those logs to anything else, do not use them to build a profile, and do not sell or share them. They are retained by the hosting provider under its own retention policy.
- SomeWhat you send usIf you use the enquiry form, we receive exactly the fields you filled in: your name, your email address, the computation you would like checked, and — if you chose to answer it — what checks it today. Nothing else is captured from the page, and there are no hidden fields.

What happens to what you send
- 01In transitThe form posts over HTTPS to an endpoint on this domain. It is not routed through a third-party form service, a marketing platform, or a CRM.
- 02On arrivalThe contents are delivered to us by email and are read by a person. They are not fed to an automated scoring system, a lead-enrichment service, or an advertising audience.
- 03While we are answeringWe use what you sent to answer you, and for nothing else. If your enquiry describes a system in enough detail to be commercially sensitive, we treat it as confidential whether or not an agreement is in place.
- 04AfterwardsIf the enquiry does not become an engagement, we delete the correspondence within twelve months. If it does, retention is governed by the engagement agreement rather than by this page.
- 05If you ask us to delete it soonerWrite to us and we will, and we will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason and it will not affect anything else.
- 06What never happens to itIt is never sold, never shared with a partner, never added to a mailing list, and never used to train anything. There is no marketing automation here to add you to.
If you would rather not use a form at all, write to contact@proserviq.com directly. It reaches the same person and nothing is lost by doing so.
Your rights
What you can ask for, and how
One address, no form, no account required.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@proserviq.com and say which. We will answer within thirty days and, in practice, considerably sooner — the volume of correspondence here is small.
You do not need an account, a reference number, or a reason. Because we hold so little, most such requests are answered with a short and slightly anticlimactic list.
Where the answer is “we do not hold anything about you”, we will say that rather than sending an empty export and letting you infer it.
If we ever change this
Adding an analytics product, a cookie, or a third-party embed would make several statements on this page false. If that happens, this page changes on the same day and the change is dated here — not backdated, and not quietly.

The register is a record, not advice
Every entry in the register describes a check we ran, on stated inputs, under stated limits. It is published so it can be examined and argued with. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to act. Where an entry states what it does not establish, that statement is part of the entry and is not a formality.

Findings are as of their date
A check is true of the system, inputs and rules as they stood on the date shown on the entry. Systems change and statutes are amended. We do not silently re-date an entry: a material change appears as a dated revision on the entry itself, and a correction also appears in the corrections register on the company page.

You may quote and reuse what is published here
The text of the register may be quoted, cited and linked freely, including commercially, provided it is attributed to ProServiq and the sense is not altered — in particular, that a stated limit is not dropped in the quoting. If you need a formal licence for reuse, ask and we will grant one in writing.

What we do not warrant
This site is provided as it is. We take care over what appears on it and we correct what is found wrong, but we do not warrant that it is free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from a decision taken on the strength of it. An engagement is different: work done under a signed agreement carries the obligations set out in that agreement, and this page does not limit them.

Outbound links
Where this site links to a product application or an external document, that destination has its own terms and its own privacy handling. We do not control them and they are not covered by this page.

No forum is claimed for this website
Most sites assert that one country’s courts have exclusive jurisdiction over everything on them. This one does not, and the omission is deliberate. ProServiq works with clients anywhere, and a forum clause pinned to a single country would do nothing useful for a page you are reading and would be actively misleading about an engagement. Work done under an agreement carries whatever governing law that agreement names, agreed between us rather than announced here. If you need that settled before you write to us, ask and we will settle it in writing.
Who you are dealing with
- Who operates this site
- ProServiq — an independent verification practice. It is not an incorporated company. There is no registered entity behind this site today, and naming one would be false. When that changes, this line changes with it and carries the date.
- Where we work
- Based in India, working with clients anywhere. A computation does not care where it is run, and neither does a check of it.
- Governing law
- Deliberately not asserted for this website. See term 06 below. An engagement is different: its agreement names its own governing law, agreed with you rather than announced at you.

Why there is no company name here
A site like this is not required to name a registered entity. What a visitor needs is a way to reach a person, and that is given above. Printing a company that does not exist would be a small, convincing, entirely false statement — on the one page where that is least acceptable.
